Actions Taken:

1. G. Bailey, Chair of the Community Preservation Committee, led a discussion regarding the mission of the CPC and the CPC’s request for COC review of applications for CPA funding to assist in their project reviews and to coordinate the work of the respective boards.

2. P. Linehan stated the request for COC vote on reallocation of the $1.0M surplus from the MS roof replacement project to the HFY purchase has been tabled. The required quorum was not in attendance to take a valid vote.
